At Suti Culture, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every purchase to delight you. To make returns and exchanges hassle-free, please review our policy below:

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

  1. Items must be received in a Damaged, Defective, or Broken condition.

  2. Return or exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.

  3. We recommend recording a video while unboxing your parcel to help verify the product condition.

How to Request a Return/Exchange:

  1. Contact us within 2 days of delivery at suticulture@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

  2. Customers arrange the return shipment via their preferred courier. We recommend India Speed Post for reliable delivery.

  3. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds cover only the product cost; shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Notes:

  • Requests after the 2-day window will not be accepted.

  • Customized or stitched items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Provide return tracking details within 2 working days after approval.

  • Return the product in original packaging with tags for identification.

  • Refunds will not be issued after 2 working days post-approval; exchanges only will be allowed.

  • For prepaid orders, shipping charges are deducted from refunds.

  • Only one item can be returned per order with multiple products.

  • An exchange fee of ₹100 applies.

  • Up to ₹150 may be deducted for shipping charges from your refund.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.

  • Refunds are issued via UPI or NEFT. Please include your bank details (account number, IFSC code) and order slip in the return package.
